Application Wizard

The Scholarship Application Wizard will guide you through the scholarship application process. Please be sure to have all of your information ready to fill-in prior to starting. Though it is not an online application system, the Scholarship Wizard makes the process of filling out the application a lot easier.

General Information

Note: List your parent/guardian's name and home mailing address as it appears on their SSVEC account. No P.O. Boxes please.

Clubs & Organizations

Note:List activities in music, art, theater or sports; membership in academic organizations and honor societies; participation in student government, special interest clubs (i.e. Spanish Club, Photography Club, FBLA). Indicate the approximate time per year you spent in the activity, offices or leadership positions you held and whether your involvement is current or past.

Volunteer Work

Note: List organizations and your role (assistant librarian, coach for a youth sports team; scout leader; volunteer for hospital, church, food bank, tutor, Halloween carnival coordinator, etc.). Indicate leadership positions, approximate time per year spent and whether the activity is current or past. PLEASE NOTE: If part-time work or helping with family members or a family business or farming/ranching takes a great deal of your time, please discuss your obligations and time commitments for these responsibilities instead of (or in addition to) your community involvement.
